Services by DC PRO : DC PRO has provided full technical, operation & maintenance and financial evaluation of Palm District Cooling Assets consisting of 18 district cooling plants and 8 chilled water networks with current installed cooling capacity of 417,000 TON total planned cooling capacity of 714,000 TON and current assets exceeding 3 Billion AED. The financial evaluation assessed the current value of each DC plant and network based on installed equipment, equipment conditions and depreciation and performed a payback analysis based on the total revenues, operational cost, connected load and forecasted loads.
