It will cover 10 square kilometers and will be able to supply over 65,000 refrigeration tons of cooling to wide range of residential, commercial and governmental customers.
The scheme will be able to supply more than 51,000 refrigerant tons of cooling, enough to meet the cooling requirements of 60 typical office buildings.”

It will be located in Muscat, Oman's capital city, and will be 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) from Muscat's Seeb International Airport.
The Wave, Muscat will contain an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman, a 300 berth marina, 4 luxury hotels, office buildings, retail and restaurant outlets, and over 4,000 residential units.

Al Reem Island, is a residential, commercial and business project to be built on the natural island of Al Reem Isle, located off the northeastern coast of Abu Dhabi city. The development will be connected to the Abu Dhabi city island by 2 or 3 bridges and be located 20 minutes from the Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Al Reem Island will cover an area of 633 hectares (68 million square feet) and is being built by 3 developers - The island is estimated to accommodate 280 thousands residents and will include important amenities like schools, medical clinics, shopping malls, restaurants, a 27-hole golf course, hotels, resorts, spas, gardens, and beaches. The Palm Jumeirah is the world's largest man-made island - a residential and tourism destination created by Nakheel, a key company in the transformation of Dubai from a sleepy fishing village into one of the fastest growing cities in the world. It is a part of the trilogy of three islands called The Palm Islands which will increase Dubai’s shoreline by a total of 520 kms.
Then they design and build two smaller, private islands of 140,000 m3 each, in mirror image on each side of the Palm. The design- a wispy palm leaf- is the logo of the Dubai Palm Developers, which later became Nakheel, the real estate developer .a total of 4,400,000 m3 of sand and 1,000,000 tonnes of rock were used in the project, which includes a revetment, an underwater reef, a 270-metre-long quay wall, perched beaches and other small beaches. Access channels were dredged later to enable large yachts to reach both islands.
